KUUsport is proud to announce its partnership with Canadian aerials skier Miha Fontaine as he prepares to compete at the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games in Italy. Fontaine enters the Games aiming to build on his bronze medal performance in Mixed Team Aerials at the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing.
Introduced to skiing at just two years old, Fontaine began freestyle skiing at age six and grew up immersed in the sport. He comes from a deeply rooted freestyle skiing family—his father, Nicolas Fontaine, is a World Champion, four-time Olympian, and inductee of the Canadian Ski Hall of Fame. As a young athlete, Miha spent countless hours at the water ramps alongside the Canadian Team while his father coached at the national level.
While well aware of his family’s legacy in aerial skiing, Fontaine has forged his own path through dedication and versatility. He developed his skills competing in both moguls and aerials before committing fully to aerials—where he has consistently delivered top results. After achieving competitive success with the Quebec Aerial Team, Fontaine was invited to join the Canadian National Team in 2019.
